Whoa, that’s a f$%%^^& up program. SMUD puts a radio controlled relay on the input to the AC and cycles that as needed. My neighbors are on the program and they have never complaind about the AC being out for long periods of time. it aint worth keeping your program for a 3% savings for sure, not to mention the up front cost of the meter. Better switch to spy now and risk whiplash
