No, they don’t. Christians worship one G’d that subsists in three persons; this is called the trinity. It’s a rather complicated dogma but it’s still a monotheistic one.

Not all Christians teach or believe in the Trinity, Jehovah’s Witnesses for example. The Trinity is a specifically Catholic invention, and while it may be monotheistic, from my agnostic point of view it also smacks somewhat of schizophrenia.
