yes. to be blunt, the political systems that work the best use some of our baser instincts to their advantage. That’s why free market Capitalism works so well. Everyone wants to make a buck.

Exactly. The way they, make the buck, is by finding something that people want. That usually is something that has a ‘positive’ impact on the customer’s life in some way…or else they wouldn’t buy it.

Hence that attack on capitalism. People can live easier lives or be happier…can’t have that.
