Gin is sort of “new” to me; it wasn’t part of the drinking culture I was around—rum in India, whiskey everywhere else—so I’m having a great time discovering it.
Complexity is exactly what I like about it—you can slowly sip and all the different flavors effervesce such that you’re still tasting things a several breaths later.
I will be incredibly happy to provide recommendations/commentary/whatever, so let me know if you are interested. I am slowly working my way through the US based micro-distilleries.
