Family Circus is at least cutesy in a smarmy, overly-nostalgic manner. I can see why someone would read and/or write it for reasons that aren’t “pretending I have a sense of humor while only exposing myself to stuff that props up my brittle world view”.

I always hated Family Circus.

I used to enjoy Dilbert until I found out what a toxic douchebag Scott Adams really is.
