Damn, would love to know what I did to my back.

I don’t know how old you are, but now that I am 67, I get back and muscle pains three days after I overexert myself (instead of the next day). Until I realized that, I couldn’t figure out where some were coming from, because three days is a long time for pain to wait to appear. Maybe you did something three days ago? :)
