Long story short…they delayed my treatment for RA for another month. I went to the Rheumy yesterday so they could look at my TB test I took Friday…I was shocked when they said I was positive. I’ve started a nine month treatment today for Tuberculosis. Bummed out big time!

The TB could be the cause of your RA staying in a constant inflammatory stage. The discovery of the TB is a blessing in disguise. Nontreated TB could have caused you permanent tissue damage. Thank goodness you have been diagnosed and are in treatment. Has Mrs. Jorline been tested as well? It is a
communicable disease. Everyone in your employ and in your immediate surrounding to you should be tested.
