Yep, but they have great widgets to take care of these now, not as big a deal as they used to be, I will see if I can post some pics later.
One recommendation if you are +40: pay the bucks to get a cardio scan if you have the risk factors for this, it can save your fucking life. [ and improve it: even though I just got out of surgery two days ago I can walk a mile or two further than the full yr prior right now….]
