Sorry I had to bug out on you on the last thread. A cook called in for the 3rd shift. He’s always calling in and we want to get rid of him. But experienced cooks are in short supply. We had to break down and put in an ad in the newspaper. You won’t believe the people that are showing up. People that used to be a cook 15 years ago or longer that had gone on to school or training in another career. They are so desperate. They are still showing up. This makes me depressed and pissed off at both the D and R parties. I want their hair to be on fire for jobs programs as much as the debt limit.
