I’ll bite. I think once we were in we couldn’t very well stop, turn around and leave. It became our responsibility to provide nation building after that point. I think if we left it would have resulted in a catastrophe and a regime possibly far worse than Hussein. Iran would have most certainly taken advantage of a withdrawl.
