This is a purely social construct, and I don’t think it’s necessarily true even in the US.

You’re making a lot of broad statements about men and women, but it’s a lot more complex than that and it’s a lot more culturally bound than it is actually to do with gender.

I know from my own experience that it’s true. Ask any woman who is sexually experienced. As a very young divorced woman, I was seen as “fair game” by every man I came in contact with.

We are all the sum of our experiences, not just what we read in books or see in the media.
