It wasn’t intentional. Virtually everyone who comes here loses 20-40 pounds. Less appetite. Less stress. More walking but still, not enough to account for this. I eat almost no processed food here. Effortlessly. I think it has a multiplier effect. No processed food little more exercise lot less stress dropping body fat and insulin can make you gain weight and your body can fight against. As I kept lowering my Lantus my AM glucose kept dropping. It should have done the opposite.
