We’re talking about a teenage girl who is still a minor and the church has no business interfering without the parents consent. Do I have that wrong? I wonder if the parents could sue for kidnapping.

I have no idea about that, but I do wonder what the girl told them.

I understand there is a predisposition to think that the church is wrong, but many well-intentioned people have been taken in by teen-aged hysteria. More investigation will show what is going on.

You can easily be right, but let’s all be as careful as we have been about the initial charges.
