happened to me! Guy accused me of going over double the speed limit (which of course would mean a ticket if not reckless driving) and then let me off with a warning, because I was actually not going very fast, but I was in a fast car right around when the bars close. real tough guy, real bruiser, knew he had nothing, but just gave me shit for five minutes before letting me go.

there are some 2 million people in jail right now… 99% of em say they are innocent.
