might as well drop the legalese and go with the pretense that illegals are now legal, and the border will stay open permanently…I’m getting tired of the whole issue…let the Mexicans and all the rest pour over here as they please, at least that’s the reality of it…any plan short of that is for morons and racists

I was just curious if we had anyone here thought Obama would make such a statement as Kyl claimed. If true, I’d agree with many of the right wing blogs that it could well be a impeachable offense. To say you are not securing the border in order to gain a political bargaining chip certainly rises to that level.
BTW, I don’t believe Kyl and hope the WH will call him out. Even if you think the POTUS would risk national security in that matter, would he be stupid enough to tell a GOP congressman ? I feel it’s far more likely Kyl thinks Obama would do that and shared it with the tea party folks.
