Anyways, let me put it this way. The President wanting to appoint a representative from business to head a “council on jobs and competitiveness” is very different than the systematic corruption we have around defense spending and lobbying. Find something equivalent to ‘we house members voted to fund a program the pentagon actively doesn’t want.

So out of EVERY “representative from business” we have in this nation, it’s just purely
A) coincidence
or
B) after an exhaustive nationwide search Immelt was THE best one

that he was selected.
