BTW, while grilling sausages tonight I was looking at the veg patch and was inspired. Threw on a couple whole tomatillos, and whole green onions (washed the dirt off and trimmed the tops). Once heated through gave them a shot of pepper, salt and a glug of olive oil. Prep time was under a minute. Very delicious.
