There was some fool at FR that just knows what the problem with this country is. It’s that we evolved too far past the 1800s when everyone back then had guns (albeit no assault rifles with large magazines). Cuz you know… nobody ever killed anyone back then because we were all armed. Or something.

Everyone could read and write, there was no cancer or disease, every finished high school, got married, had babies they wanted and could raise. Those babies never died of milk poisoning. There were no brown people anywhere you went except as servants.

Yeah, life was perfect.
