Yes, absolutely, there are many people for whom that’s exactly what “god fearing” means. Some of them make good money.

And there are other people for whom it means: “I’m scared to death of something, I feel better when I call it “god”, and I want you to be filled with fear, like me. So show me some humility! The last thing in the world I want to see is people who aren’t saturated with fear.”
