May I ask, seriously, how you come to this conclusion when her actions are in line with her predecessors, and most of the relevant regulation wasn’t applicable while she was SoS?

I understand the line of reasoning that the Secretary of State should be using government email. I don’t understand how this is an attack when neither Condi, Powell, or any of the SoS before them did.

Actually Rice did have an use a .gov account, just not for everything. And things clearly were supposed to be moving in the .gov direction as well. As for the regulations, again I don’t think Clinton broke the law, but that’s never been what this is about. It’s more about her coming across as secretive while in an office where more disclosure was needed.
