Fox is all aboard the FAFO train. On Tuesday, a shareholder filed suit against the Murdochs and their “news” organization for breach of fiduciary duty. TBH, I doubt this goes anywhere, because I don’t think there’s any fiduciary duty for truth in reporting. I could be wrong, though, because again, I am not a lawyer.
