There is more to the bill than what was posted. The very last sentence says, “emphasize …the role of fathers in the primary prevention of child abuse and neglect.” This is already in the bill before the proposed amendment.

Can’t someone clue in these legislators that fathers and stepfathers are the primary child sex abusers in the family unit?
