We obviously have to have some sort of immigration policy. And yeah, keeping felons out and having some sort of enforcement in place is needed. I sure as fuck don’t want the cartels here any more than anyone else, and we need to keep criminals out.

But seriously — so much of our industry (construction, agriculture, hospitality, etc.) depends on undocumented workers that it’s hypocritical and stupid to push a policy that says we can’t do anything until all the illegals are rounded up and deported by the millions. The GOP are as full of shit on immigration as they are on anything else these days. I’m actually glad that Obama forced their hand today with this.
