Officials now saying the bombs were small, and did not use “high-grade” explosives, by which I assume they mean something like C4. This points away from Islamic terrorists IMO.

Given that it’s April 15th, I’m leaning towards some sort of sovereign citizezn or Real American far right douchenozzle. However, I’m perfectly content to wait until we know more before I say for sure that it was.
