Seriously, I checked “Organ Donor” on my driver’s license, just because I don’t want to be a dick. My internal organs are barely any use to me any more, so I very much doubt if they’d be any use to anybody else after I’m dead, but if so, knock yourselves out.

I joke, but the items that do the most real good, I think, are corneas, and mine are in pretty good shape. I’ll bet though, that as small as your corneas are, if you had to ship them across the country, it would wind up costing $50-$100, just at a guess. Somebody is making money in that process, all right, but they’re not “selling” my organs for a “profit”. These people see exactly what they want to see, and nothing is going to convince them that their fantasies aren’t real.
