I dunno, my Brit ex used to get pizza with sweetcorn on it. It will forever perplex me.

A buddy of mine was stationed in Sicily in the 80s and he said their version of a “pizza” was essentially any sort of vegetable(s) and meat that were available. Then again, maybe the locals were just fucking with him when they made him a broccoli, onion, and pork pizza.
