I’ve been catching up on the news since my return to Chyyynnna! The ICE raids are just fuckin’ scary! I know people who could be caught up in those raids. Heck, I’ve even taught a few. Combine those raids with the CBP bullshit at airports, and all immigrants, green-card holders and even tourists now have to worry if they will be next.

It’s all for show, of course. Trump has to act the tough guy now that those three “activist judges” of the 9th Circuit rained on his EO parade. One way or another, he’s going to make sure all those immigrants are going to be shipped out, no matter the cost — human or financial.

I don’t blame those folks trudging through the freezing cold to escape to Canada. I think even Mexico would take people in at this point, if only to show the world what a cold-hearted, evil government the USA has now.

I’m headed to Cheyenne Wednesday. Fortunately I use back roads to get there, but leaving my local area doesn’t really fill me with confidence I won’t be F—-ed with, since wrong skin colour.
