Hmmm…I must have missed that decent part. Because they weren’t and aren’t. The whole austerity thing is what helped break the UK into what it is now. Austerity took everything from regular people and made them suffer. Means testing the disabled, telling people who absolutely cannot work that they must, treatment of people who are “rough sleepers” (an interesting way to refer to homeless people).

The Tories have never been decent in any fashion. At least not in my adult lifetime.
