OFFS. I’m just saying that Rall isn’t the ONLY person to look at. I’d guess one could start with Harvard or one of the bigger state universities and find a bunch of people with extensive knowledge of the region since most larger schools do have professors who keep up with what’s going on in specific areas of the world.
