I’ve brought that up to a wingnut before. His “defense” was to argue that if something is made illegal and society applies enough pressure, people won’t engage in the illegal act. Or, in other words, he advocated making it socially acceptable to engage in slut-shaming for the purpose of making abortion illegal.

This makes me think Kragar’s onto something when he(he?) says “Its almost like conservatives are full of shit or something.”
