Seriously. I had already provided a resume, my LinkedIn profile and a cover letter. WTF more do they need?

I mean, I get asking demographic info or maybe some screening questions about who you are, job goals, etc. But asking for a resume and cover letter then demanding I type the whole fucking thing out again by hand is unacceptable. No deal.

I love the grab bag of miscellaneous requirements some of them ask for:

The entry level position which requires you to have a senior certification in the field.

10 years of experience with a system that has only been out 5.

And so forth
