I’m sitting out here on the patio babysitting the ribs on the grill while the Boston baked beans simmer in the crock pot. Salad and dressing are made and the English muffins are split, buttered, and ready for toasting. Bar is set up just waiting for the ice that will be arriving with one of my guests. Munchies for later, the mandatory guacamole and chili con queso, are prepped for last minute assembly and heating, respectively.
