I wonder what the over/under is on Ivanka or Jared becoming Chief of staff?

Does it make a difference who is Chief of Staff since Trump isn’t going to listen to him/her anyways? I’m pretty sure that Kelly wasn’t thrilled by most of Trump’s antics including his predilection of engaging in ranting and raging on twitter.
