Learned at a young age, it is hard to teach someone to hold the body straight at this stage. She stoops like a lot of tall women who hunch over to appear less tall.

Either that or her bottom lip weighs her down.

She could benefit from some yoga or ballet classes. The one thing I got out of ballet as a child is good posture, which turned out to be important since I’m short.
