It isn’t a natural line from poor quality work to being thieves. However, if you are a bigot, there is a ‘natural’ line from being a member of a poorly viewed minority and being thieves.

The work was not really that poor a quality. They were trying, even if not doing things the best way, and doing it for cheap.

It’s hanging a freaking TV on a wall fer chrissakes and cleaning up the wiring. Not exactly an art or science.
