Pamela is claiming the Obama campaign is committing “credit card fraud” (Google link) because she, and other wingnuts, registered at obamabiden.com and DONATED small amounts (it was not fraudulent, they authorized these donations!), using fake names like “Don Corleone” and “Adolf Hitler” and “Bill Ayers”

Giving any business false information for a transaction doesn’t mean they’ve committed fraud. The fraud is being committed by the people providing the false info.

If I walk in to a dealer and buy a car and sign the contract “Will Smith”, I can’t turn around and accuse the dealership of fraud because they used a fake name I gave them.
