Depends on turnout. According to 538’s fun little toy, if turnout remains the same, the Latino vote going to 80% is enough to swing North Carolina back to the Dems, but that’s it. If turnout jumped up to 66% (which is the same as black turnout) and went 80% to the Dems, Texas and Arizona become purple states, but still stay in the GOP column.
