I never considered going on a cruise ship (closest I ever had was a two-day ferry trip from Kiel to St Petersburg) and now I don’t think you could ever pay to get me on one…

Only cruise I’ve ever been on was the Long Beach to Ensenada jaunt and the only reason I went on that was because I won that cruise in a contest where I worked at the time (back in the 1990s). I took an old friend of mine, because she’d always wanted to go on a cruise, so I figured what the hell. We had a good time.
