Well, so far, the answer to your first question is “sort of”, and “no” to the rest.

Apparently, from what I’ve read, Ms Reade has been airing allegations against Joe Biden for years (the supposed incident, as I’ve heard it mostly described, was a Trumpian grab-em-by-the-you-know-what in a Senate hallway back in 1993(?)): AFAIK, there has been little/ no actual “ investigation” - or, if there was, it was inconclusive. But the allegations (now inflated to “rape”) just *coincidentally* surfaced again as soon as Biden became the presumptive D nominee. Purely by chance, no doubt….

Just IMO, the whole thing stinks like last week’s haddock…..

Coming out a year ago would have derailed his campaign. Coming out now seems to be about derailing the Democratic nominee. Which makes me wonder if people like Daou have not realized that the GOP was preparing to have every male candidate be accused of rape. There would be someone out there for Sanders.
