Occam’s Razor time. Both are plausible, but as to why Obama wouldn’t authorize a release could be just as much due to Obama’s vindictiveness. We’ve already seen it with “The Won” crap. Why wouldn’t he use this to rub it in to the right and everyone else. Keep everyone frothing mad over this sideshow while he continues pushing forward with his agenda.
