That’s funny. I had a friend that lived near the Governor’s Mansion and right in that same are is this bar called Governor’s Park. Same thing. When the bar would close all of the vermin would come out and you would hear the hooting and hollering. And when guys get drunk they suddenly think they’re Hercules and everyone they run into must be slayed! I was at this other bar once and ran into one guy who (about 6’-8” tall) was hanging out outside. So my friend who is about 6’-8” asks him what he was doing out there and he said he was just waiting around to start a fight with someone. Maybe he was kidding I don’t know. He didn’t seem like the type.
