I was a commissioned salesman at one time, and made mad money on my 6% commission while helping the company make a bigger share, so I have mixed emotions on some compemsation issues.
When I see folks defending 100 million dollar bonuses for guys that make it off middle income IRA’s I have to think back to the time when I was making 4 times what the truck drivers that delivered my sales did, but I still have mixed feelings.

I don’t have as much of a complaint with big pay for execs when they do a good job, but I do object to them getting bonuses and raises when they drive a company into the ground.
