Unlikely, but I hope so too. First of all, I want to buck the trend of QA houses paying and treating people like shit.
At every job I’ve ever worked at, 10% of the people did 90% of the work. I know a lot of those types that are out of work— because they weren’t busy brownnosing and making sure they looked good, or because they lack social skills in general.
So I want to pay above market and have better conditions than most implementation/QA houses, and keep those guys working for me.
This is all still in pipe-dream territory.
How do you plan to compete with software based QA programs?
Seems to me that is big competition.
