With all due respect, you’re not really being very clear. Are you simply trying to be diplomatic in registering moral disapproval of the animal photos everyone posted? I’m asking because none of the animals appear to be in any more distress or danger than than the little Arab boys in the photo I was posting about, yet you didn’t express concern for them, so I’m a bit confused…

I didn’t comment on the portrayal of children in distress, because I considered that thread to have been well discussed, and had nothing further to add to the conversation.

And no, I don’t equate animals in distress as shown in those photographs - some of which apparently resulted in the animal dying - with that of humans.
