So, relevant to the rather irritating experience I had today, apparently Steve Jobs actually fucking said this:

“I’ve never met one of you who didn’t suck. I’ve never known an HR person who had anything but a mediocre mentality.”

It does kind of paint Jobs as somewhat of a dick, inasmuch as he said this directly to someone who was interviewing for a VP of HR position with Apple. Still, it’s true, and sometimes you’ve just got to let that shit fly.
