So I just read that the two assistant prosecutors left the Grand Jury alone in the room while playing evidence (one of the taped interviews). Seems unclear who, but they instruct the Grand Jury”… not to deliberate or anything while I’m gone because _____ is still here and he’s just going to be present while this is played…”

Never heard of this before, just so shady.
