Not unexpected. Actual malice is the toughest bar to clear. But this is a phenomenally good start.

I don’t think there was any way for the judge to decide it in place of the jury. Instant basis of appeal.

But, still a good shot with the jury….(though there’s always a chance for brain dead jurists…)
