Overcast I could live with — you know it’s coming, everybody suffers equally.
But fog is so goldurn frustrating, because when it parts momentarily there’s a beautiful black sky filled with twinkling stars — for just a moment, and then it’s swallowed up again and you can’t see two feet in front of you. Wait in vain for half an hour — a glimpse of sky — and it’s quickly swallowed up again. It drives you crazy that you know the clear sky is just above you, and you can’t see it.
Can you get above it at twin peaks?
