Two items that didn’t get a huge amount of coverage today, but are quite significant:

1) The rapprochement between the Saudis and the Russians, truly inconceivable in the past, showing how weak & unreliable the US is perceived among allies.

2) Trump opposing the UK’s attempt to get a prorata of the EU’s WTO quotas, dealing a hard blow to Brexiteers.
