Possibly. But for how long? One week per conviction? One month per conviction?

Given Trump has a rap sheet of civil judgements, and has publicly shown no remorse for those actions that led to the civil judgements, what judge would not at least require some controls to be on the guilty?

House arrest will not discourage Trump from continuing to commit crimes. The judge has to know this.
